Overview

As a Team Lead at Castle Fun Park, you are the heartbeat of the floor. You'll be the go-to person for both staff and guests—setting the tone for fun, safety, and efficiency throughout your shift. This position is focused 100% on front-line leadership—you'll spend your entire shift out on the floor, supporting our team and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the floor—modeling exceptional guest service, engagement, and professionalism.
  • Support staff across all departments to maintain smooth efficient operations, from the go-karts to the redemption counter.
  • Monitor and uphold safety and cleanliness standards, addressing issues immediately.
  • Coach and motivate staff in real-time to maintain high energy and consistent performance.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support team morale—recognize great work, encourage collaboration, and keep things fun
  • Cash reconciliation, opening/closing duties, and securing the building.

Scheduling

Castle Fun Park is open 10:00am–10:00pm daily, including weekends and holidays. Because we're a 7-day-a-week entertainment destination, all members of our leadership team—Team Leads included—work weekends and evenings.

That's when our park is at its busiest, our guests are having the most fun, and our team's leadership matters most.

The Team Lead position follows a four-days-on, two-days-off rotation, typically consisting of:

  • Two daytime shifts: 8:30am–3:30pm
  • Two evening shifts: 3:30pm–10:30pm

We believe in sharing the workload and celebrating the wins together—which means being present when our guests are here. If you're looking for a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 role, this isn't the right fit. But if you thrive in an upbeat, people-focused environment where the energy peaks after 5pm, you'll feel right at home at Castle Fun Park.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.45 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
