**Triple Eight Transport Inc. is growing and is in search for a proven strong leader and a communicator with proven relationship or team building skills to join our Safety and Compliance Department.**

**As an IT Team Lead, responsibilities will include-**

Oversee the day-to-day operations and Support Team

Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to team

Working with project tracking and its deliverables

Be the point of contact when it comes to technical and project escalations

Assist in the creation of the team KPIs/SOPs as well as monitor and report on results

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Ensure that all inquiries and issues are solved correctly and, in a prompt, and professional manner

Create Knowledge-Base material

**Qualifications-**

5+ years of Team Lead or equivalent experience

Experience in reading SQL, SSRS,.Net, HTML, and other markup languages

Proven people management and leadership skills

Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets

Able to multi-task efficiently under time pressure

Proficiency using software programs/ technology such as, Microsoft Office and Developer Tools in multiple browsers

Analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Proven team player with ability to align position goals with corporate strategic goals

Prove strength in communication and relation building

Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada
