We are currently looking for a skilled Working Foreman / Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team and lead projects in the field.

Job Summary

As a Working Foreman / Plumber, you will supervise plumbing crews, coordinate daily job site activities, and perform hands-on plumbing tasks. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a leadership role while remaining actively involved in the work. You will guide your team, solve on-site problems, and contribute directly to the success of each project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise plumbing crews on-site, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with high-quality workmanship.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and job specifications.
  • Coordinate daily tasks, materials and workflow to support efficient project progress
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors and clients to resolve issues.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain high job site standards.
  • Train, mentor, and suppo9rt apprentices and junior plumbers.
  • Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards

Requirements

  • Certified Red seal Journeyman plumber.
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience, including at least 2 years in a foreman or leadership role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership and time management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and job specifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various job site conditions
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed
