Role Description

The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The individual will oversee the coordination and management of kit-packing events, ensuring the seamless operation of logistics and supply chain processes. Key responsibilities include inventory management, communication with charity partners and corporate groups, order fulfillment, and maintaining superior customer service. The role also involves analyzing logistics data to identify efficiencies and improve workflows, contributing to the organization's mission of maximizing charitable impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to track, assess, and improve operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with charity partners, corporate clients, and team members
  • Knowledge of inventory management and hands-on experience in organizing and maintaining stock
  • Understanding and experience in supply chain management, including order fulfillment and distribution
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools is a plus
  • Previous experience or education in logistics, operations, or supply chain management is desirable
