**$18.50 Per Hour plus 5% BONUS plus BENEFITS**
**(Full Time Position)**

**Shift: Tuesday - Saturday.**

**Hours: TBD, max 40 per week.**

Our primary mission is to ensure that the deliveries of our customers and their brands are treated with the utmost care.

**Job description**

Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Logistics Assistant plays an essential role in coordinating delivery activities to ensure smooth processing and optimal execution of day-to-day planning.

**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Work with different stakeholders in the day-to-day management of delivery problems / issues to meet customer requirements.
- Connect delivery drivers and representatives on customer-related issues.
- Follow up on those affected with road delays.
- Call and advise customers of any delays.
- Communicate and coordinate the drivers' daily assignments.
- Analyze problems and recommend solutions.
- Track and analyze data from our Dispatch Track tracking software to improve the quality of the service provided.
- All other related tasks such as they may be assigned by his immediate superior.
- Putting together driver documents for next day deliveries

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast, high-volume environment.
- Must be able to carry weight of up to 50 pounds.
- Very good judgment, analytical mind and having a strategic vision.
- Good skills with different software
- 1 year of experience in a similar position

**Salary**: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
