We are looking for an Accounting Admin Assistant to support our holding companies home office team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily posting, reconciliation, and schedule maintenance
  • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank deposits
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements
  • Support the Controller and management team with analysis and administrative reporting
  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflow processes across all accounting functions

Qualifications

  • Previous accounting or administrative experience; Sage experience considered an asset
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, team-focused attitude with a desire to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
