This role ensures brand integrity, compliance with standards, and a consistent student and family experience, while directly supporting franchise owners in achieving strong financial and operational performance.

How You Will Make An Impact

· Demonstrate LKA's Core Beliefs every day, every class, every student (Health, Delight, Joy, Mindfulness, Learning, Empowerment, Inspiration.)

· Financial Performance: Deliver P&L targets for franchise operations, including same-store sales, margin optimization, expense control, and EBITDA growth.

· Operational Excellence: Monitor and improve franchise performance through financial KPIs, student and family satisfaction scores, and operational assessments/audits.

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational effectiveness, student and family experience, and franchise owner success.

· Direct Franchise Owner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners, providing guidance, resources, and solutions to ensure compliance with brand standards and achievement of business objectives, following the recommended communication structure:

  • Monthly support calls with each franchise owner
  • Field Visits/in-person meetings as necessary or as scheduled in the future
  • Prompt answers to emails/phone inquiries from franchise owners daily

· Compliance & Brand Protection: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, brand operating procedures, and franchise agreements.

· Growth & Development: Work with the development team to onboard new franchise owners and support expansion opportunities.

· Innovation & Testing: Collaborate with the leadership team, marketing, and curriculum and recipe development teams to test and implement new programs, products, and processes. Provide operational feedback and recommendations to ensure alignment with brand standards and enhance the student and family experience.

· Community Engagement: Demonstrate a solid understanding of local community marketing principles and provide franchise owners with guidance on approved best practices to help them grow their business.

· Financial Stewardship: Oversee royalty collection, brand fund contributions, and receivables to meet financial goals.

Who You Are

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

· 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience; franchise experience strongly preferred.

· Proven success in P&L management, operational compliance, and driving brand growth.

· Strong track record of leading and scaling operations and high-performing teams.

· Ability to influence and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Where/when You'll Work

  • 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid role: Combination of remote work and in-office collaboration.
  • Travel: Up to 50% to franchise locations and stakeholder meetings.

Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience, with a base salary of $90,000 and eligibility for a discretionary, performance-based bonus of up to $20,000. Total compensation potential up to $110,000.
