We are hiring a Sr. Software Engineer AI to spearhead the development of AI-driven solutions that empower businesses with intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and next-generation software applications. Your work will span:

1. 
   
2. Customer projects focused on advanced AI-driven solutions and cloud development.
3. Internal projects dedicated to building Softchoice intellectual property (IP) and innovative AI-based software that differentiates us in the market.

These initiatives will encompass AI model development, cloud AI deployment, MLOps, software engineering, and DevOps methodologies, all delivered using Agile practices. You will work on both greenfield AI application development and modernization of existing solutions into cloud-native architectures.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement scalable AI architectures, leveraging cloud-native technologies, containerization, and serverless computing.
• Optimize AI model performance, including fine-tuning LLMs, indexing, chunking strategies, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Build and integrate AI solutions with APIs and cloud services, including Azure AI/ML, AWS AI/ML services, and Google AI solutions.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps pipelines to streamline AI model lifecycle management, using CI/CD best practices and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Develop and implement AI agents using Agent AI frameworks, including autonomous AI agents for business automation, workflow optimization, and intelligent decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Lead innovation and research into emerging AI technologies and frameworks to keep Softchoice at the forefront of AI-driven solutions.
• Develop reusable AI solution components and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support pre-sales and sales teams by providing AI solution expertise, helping to identify and define customer opportunities.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI development preferred.
• Expertise in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Azure OpenAI Services, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, open-source LLMs, or generative AI application development.
• Proficiency in cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and AI platform services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD).
• Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on AI workloads.
• Proficiency in search and indexing solutions (e.g., Azure AI Search, Kendra, Opensearch) for RAG applications.
• Strong understanding of API development and integration with AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI application optimization.
• Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps best practices, including automation and deployment strategies.
• Experience building AI-driven agent applications, including multi-agent architectures, planning, and reasoning.
• Experience with Agent AI frameworks such as Auto-GPT, LangChain, CrewAI, or OpenAI's Function Calling for structured agent workflows.
• Proven experience in developing rapid proof-of-concept as well as scalable, production-ready full-stack applications.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML certifications preferred.
