We are currently recruiting for a Claims Supervisor to join our team in CITY, PROVINCE, Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.
The successful candidate will supervise adjusters, monitors quality, and assists manager with administrative tasks, strategy implementation and mentoring while completing files in accordance with provincial licensing requirements
This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis..
ResponsibilitiesLe candidat retenu supervisera les expert en sinistre, contrôlera la qualité et assistera le directeur dans les tâches administratives, la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie et le mentorat tout en complétant les dossiers conformément aux exigences provinciales en matière de licenses.
- Surveiller les pratiques d'ajustement.
- Enquête, collecte et analyse des informations sur les réclamations.
- Gérer les ressources humaines.
- Enregistrement, établissement de rapports et présentation précis des dossiers.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les gestionnaire pour maintenir les relations avec les clients.
- Examiner les polices et régler les réclamations tout en maintenant les coûts des réclamations et en respectant les réglementations provinciale en matière d'agrément.
- Maintien d'une facturation précise et d'un registre de temps et de dépenses.
Responsibilities (English)
- Monitor adjusting practices
- Investigation, collection, and analysis of claims information
- Manage human resources
- Accurate recording, reporting and presentation of files
- Work with managers to maintain client relations
- Examines policies and settles claims while maintaining claims costs and abiding by provincial licensing regulations
- Maintenance of accurate billing, and time and expense records
- De 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en leadership.
- Baccalauréat de premier cycle ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience fonctionnelle / technique.
- Compétences efficaces en matière de gestion et de formation.
- Capacité à prioriser efficacement les tâches.
- Solides compétences en maitère d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et mathématiques requises.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Compétences efficaces en matière d'outils informatiques, y compris MS-Windows, Outlook et Office, ainsi que la capacité à apprendre des applications personnalisées.
- Titulaire d'une licence complète en expert en sinistres avec la désignation CIP ou FCIP et CRM de préférence.
Qualifications (English)
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years functional / technical experience
- Effective management and training skills
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective PC-Based tools skills including MS-Windows, Outlook and Office along with the capability to learn custom applications
- Fully Licensed Adjuster with CIP or FCIP and CRM designation preferred
