The Local Lift Juice Bar is looking for energetic people to join our team. Come and be part of a great business that is offering healthy food options We are looking to fill a part time and a full time position. Hours will be between 10-15 hours a week depending on your availability for part time and 25-30 hours a week for full time.

This posting will interest you if you:

  • are a co-op student from a Canadian College or University

  • enrolled in a co-op term for January to April 2026

  • interested in learning how to run all aspects of a small business including operations, accounting and taxes

-have exceptional customer service skills and are outgoing and friendly

-have the ability to work independently

-have the ability to learn quickly in a new environment

-have experience working in the food service industry

-have an interest in juicing, smoothies and healthy eating

-are willing to work hard and be able to multi-task

Job duties include:

-assisting in bookkeeping, financial statements and tax returns

  • taking food orders and working the cash register

    -lifting boxes of produce up to 50lbs

    -washing fruits and vegetables

    -preparing fresh pressed juices and smoothies as well as salads and wraps

    -washing dishes and all other general cleaning required

We are looking for individuals that have availability to work weekdays Monday to Friday. Shifts start as early as 7:30am and end between 1:00 and 4:00pm. Only applicants with availability during those times will be considered. We have competitive wages, employee discounts, a flexible work schedule and a fun, open work environment.

Previous food service is preferred. Food Safe Level 1 is an asset but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
