Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Duties

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure all food safety standards are met.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a background in the food industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
  • Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
