The Opportunity
We're hiring a
high-skill Appointment Setter
with proven experience in:
- Real-estate or inside-sales environments
- Converting online or cold leads into qualified appointments
- Nurturing prospects through long-term follow-up and relationship-based selling
You'll be on the
front lines of our growth
, managing inbound and outbound lead activity, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales agents. Your success directly fuels the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call, text, and email
leads daily using our CRM and follow-up systems - Qualify buyers, sellers, and investors through structured discovery conversations
- Set high-quality appointments
for the sales team with ready and motivated prospects - Nurture cold and warm leads
through consistent communication and value-driven follow-up - Accurately track and log all lead interactions in CRM
- Collaborate closely with team leaders and agents to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain performance metrics and hit weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals
What We Are NOT Looking For
- No administrative-only backgrounds
— this isn't data entry or receptionist work - No customer-service reps
— this isn't about taking complaints or "helping" callers - No passive order-takers
— we want closers who can
create demand and drive results

— confident communicators who can control the conversation, overcome objections, and book qualified appointments that lead to deals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in
inside sales, appointment setting, or real estate lead generation - Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion and booking quotas
- Exceptional phone and text communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Comfortable using
CRM systems
, scripts, and follow-up sequences - Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by measurable success
- Strong work ethic and
urgency to perform
in a fast-moving environment - A positive, coachable attitude and the desire to grow within a high-performance sales team
