Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Printing Specialist located in Calgary, AB. The Printing Specialist will oversee daily printing and production tasks, including operating printing equipment, preparing files for print, performing pre-flight checks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with bindery, finishing, and other production processes as needed, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Printing and Print Production processes
  • Experience in Bindery and Print Design techniques
  • Knowledge of Pre-press operations and file preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with sustainable printing practices is a plus
  • Previous experience in a printing environment or related field is preferred
  • Candidate able to send the quotations to the client.
  • Must know how to use quickbook to do Invoicing.
