We're on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our crew. This role is all about keeping our lot looking sharp, organized, and customer-ready while working alongside a positive and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Secure all vehicles each evening by locking doors, rolling up windows, and checking the lot.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lot with no gaps or clutter.
  • Properly space vehicles to prevent damage while maximizing lot efficiency.
  • Ensure vehicles are positioned 2–8" from the road and at least 6" from fire hydrants.
  • Keep all vehicle wheels straight and aligned.
  • Place vehicles in correct designated areas (e.g., sold units, retail, backlot).
  • Rotate inventory quarterly (or as needed) to create a fresh and appealing lot layout.
  • Keep laneways clear for customer parking and deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain lot cleanliness, including snow removal and garbage pickup.
  • Accurately update and display pricing on used vehicles' windshields.
  • Ensure proper branding on all vehicles, including plate surrounds, year plates, dealership stickers, and Certified Pre-Owned decals.

Secondary Duties

  • Confirm used vehicles are equipped with front plate brackets.
  • Maintain approx. 200 km of fuel in all vehicles.
  • Report any dealer plates found directly to management.
  • Charge batteries in vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on presentation and organization.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous lot management or automotive experience is considered an asset.
