Sales Lead Generator

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. This role is essential in identifying and qualifying potential clients to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in B2B sales, and experience with marketing and telemarketing strategies. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to engage a diverse client base effectively. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer portfolio through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with company offerings
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track and manage lead activity and progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation
- Engage in business development activities, including networking and attending industry events when necessary
- Assist in developing and refining sales scripts, outreach strategies, and follow-up processes
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update lead status regularly within the CRM system
- Support inside sales efforts by nurturing leads through the sales funnel until conversion
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles, preferably within technology or B2B sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing leads and customer information
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer engagement
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet performance targets
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Technical sales experience or background in technology sales is a plus but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $17.75-$36.16 per hour
