What you will be doing in the role of Compliance Administrator:
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assist in the maintenance of Lakeside's existing Compliance programs
Record Quality and H&S non-conformances and corrective actions in the business system; adhere to coding and responsibility assignment conventions
Disposition, correction, and verification of NCR's within the timeframes specified
NCR review and follow-up with internal parties
Quality Doc pack/History docket, CoC, and supplier ITP review and approval in the business system
Assist with the creation and coordination of Quality and H&S communication, events, and training materials
Assist in the maintenance of customer compliance portals, reporting and analysis tools
Manage QA / H&S general inbox
Quote quality services/products
Other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge and skills required for the role:
College Diploma in Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
One to Two (1-2) years of experience in Quality Administration, Quality Control or Health and Safety
Proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PDF Exchange)
Results oriented
Customer oriented
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and able to lift up to 25 lbs. with minimal assistance
