Frontend Lead and Full-Stack Engineer

TypeScript / SvelteKit / GraphQL / Tailwind CSS

Location: Remote (North America preferred)

Overview

We are looking for a Frontend-focused Full-Stack Engineer to build responsive, high-performance web applications with real-time data and complex client-side interactions. This role emphasizes frontend architecture and user experience, with opportunities to contribute across the stack when it improves delivery and quality.

You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, define clean contracts, and ship reliable features across user-facing and internal tooling experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain web applications using TypeScript and SvelteKit
  • Develop reusable UI components with a focus on usability, performance, and consistency
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and GraphQL services
  • Implement responsive layouts and styling using Tailwind CSS
  • Manage client-side state, caching, and data flows for interactive applications
  • Collaborate with backend engineers on API design, integration patterns, and edge cases
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Professional experience building production UIs with SvelteKit (or similar modern frameworks)
  • Experience integrating REST APIs into frontend applications
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL (queries, mutations, schema-driven development concepts)
  • Strong fundamentals in HTML semantics and modern CSS practices
  • Experience building responsive interfaces with Tailwind CSS

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with Docker-based development environments
  • Exposure to Redis (caching or real-time data patterns)
  • Familiarity with NATS or event-driven messaging concepts
  • Experience building real-time or highly interactive interfaces
  • Full-stack experience with and TypeScript
  • Prior experience in iGaming, gaming, or real-time consumer platforms

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is competitive and based on experience and location. The total rewards package may include performance incentives, equity opportunities, and flexible work arrangements.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $88,727.74-$110,205.01 per year
