Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our orthodontists. This position requires a strong understanding of orthodontic procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist orthodontists during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Take dental radiographs as needed.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care specific to orthodontics.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
  • Manage follow-up communications with patients.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthodontics and dental assisting techniques.

Requirements

  • Must be certified Dental Assistant
  • Must have Ortho Module or should be willing to persue Ortho Module,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
