StretchLab Port Credit Village is a premium wellness studio focused on one-on-one assisted stretching, recovery, and long-term member results. We are seeking a confident, high-accountability Sales Manager to lead daily membership growth, elevate our prospect journey, and expand our footprint in the Port Credit community through partnerships and outreach.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who can build pipeline, close memberships, and execute consistently — while helping us strengthen systems, tracking, and sales discipline.
Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will own the studio's sales funnel end-to-end, including:
- lead generation and local outreach
- booking and executing First Visits (Intro Stretch sessions)
- converting First Visits into memberships
- follow-up workflows and pipeline discipline
- reporting, forecasting, and KPI accountability
You will work closely with the Owner and the Member Experience / Operations Manager to ensure the studio operates professionally, member issues are handled proactively, and sales and experience stay aligned.
What Success Looks Like:
You will be accountable for:
- A consistent flow of qualified leads
- Strong First Visit booking + show rates
- Strong FV-to-member conversion
- Clean follow-up execution and CRM hygiene
- A measurable increase in community awareness and referral activity
- Sales performance based on process + outcomes (not just results)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Membership Sales & Prospect Conversion
- Own the full sales cycle from inquiry → booked FV → attended FV → membership conversion
- Deliver high-quality, consultative tours and First Visit support
- Ensure prospects feel guided, confident, and cared for
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism aligned with a luxury wellness experience
2) Lead Generation & Community Growth
- Execute and improve local lead generation initiatives including:
- business partnerships (fitness, beauty, wellness, medical, corporate)
- community events (Port Credit / Mineola / Lorne Park)
- referral activation + in-studio referral programs
- Maintain an active pipeline of new outreach conversations every week
3) Daily Sales Operations & CRM Discipline
- Maintain high-level organization inside ClubReady, including:
- lead tagging, notes, tasks, follow-ups
- clean pipeline stages
- consistent same-day logging
- Ensure First Visit payments are taken prior to session per studio policy
- Coordinate with Member Experience team for seamless onboarding + retention handoffs
4) Reporting, KPIs & Forecasting
- Track and report weekly performance metrics, including:
- leads generated (by source)
- bookings, show rate, conversion rate
- follow-up completion rate
- partnership pipeline + lead impact
- Use data to identify gaps and propose corrective actions
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and planning meetings
5) Leadership & Accountability (Studio Growth Phase)
As the studio grows:
- support training/coaching of associates in sales execution and service tone
- lead by example and uphold studio standards daily
- contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years B2C sales experience (membership-based, high-touch service, boutique fitness/wellness, hospitality, or luxury services strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle (lead → close)
- Strong comfort with outbound follow-up (phone/text/email) and structured pipeline work
- Highly organized and consistent with CRM usage
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to work evenings/weekends as required (this is a sales role in a service business)

- Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
