Key Responsibilities


• Program Leadership: Define and execute the program vision, scope, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.


• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to secure buy-in, resolve conflicts, and communicate progress.


• Workstream Coordination: Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams (e.g., technology, data, process, change management) and ensure seamless integration.


• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues.


• Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.


• Resource & Budget Management: Optimize allocation of resources (people, budget, tools) and monitor financial performance against targets.


• Change Management: Drive organizational readiness and adoption of new systems/processes through structured change initiatives.


• Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations. Qualifications & Skills


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

(Master's preferred).


• Experience: 8+ years in program/project management, with proven success leading large-scale system migrations or transformations.


• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent (preferred).


• Technical Acumen: Understanding of system architectures, data migration, and IT infrastructure (e.g., cloud, legacy systems).


• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.


• Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
