- Significant experience leading senior product teams (e.g., Product Managers, Associate Directors) and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building and executing multi-year product strategies and roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate business strategy into concrete product initiatives, funding models, and prioritization frameworks.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable with executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in environments with cross-functional complexity (operations, commercial, technology, finance).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in aviation, transportation, logistics, or other complex operational environments.
- Background in building or maturing product practices in organizations moving from project-based to product-based models.
- Familiarity with data, analytics, and AI-driven product decisions.
- Exposure to large-scale vendor ecosystems and multi-partner delivery models.
Soft Skills & Leadership Traits
- Strong relationship builder who can partner, influence, and bring stakeholders along through change.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, transforming environments where structures and practices are still being defined.
- Hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" leadership style rather than purely directional.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom into detail when needed.
