Data Entry Clerk (Full-Time, On-Site) — Mississauga, ON

Pay: $17.60/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

About the role

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Data Entry Clerk to keep our records accurate and up to date. You'll enter and maintain customer/order information, verify details against source documents, and help the team stay organized by catching errors early.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems (orders, customer info, delivery details, invoices, etc.)
  • Review source documents (emails, PDFs, tickets, spreadsheets) to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify missing/incorrect info and follow up internally to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain clean digital filing and consistent naming/record-keeping practices
  • Support basic reporting and daily/weekly tracking lists as needed
  • Follow SOPs and confidentiality requirements when handling customer information

Requirements

  • 1+ year of data entry, admin, or office support experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and strong general computer skills
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Clear written communication

Nice to have

  • QuickBooks or similar system experience
  • Experience in logistics/dispatch, construction materials, or wholesale environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
