Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area. Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring expiration dates on food items.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory; restaurant experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Basic knowledge of French is required to communicate with customers.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
