Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining food safety standards. This position requires a commitment to teamwork and a passion for providing high-quality service.

Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling procedures is an advantage.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and coworkers.
