Job Overview

We are seeking a professional Aesthetician & Hairstylist to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, Laser Hair Removal enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to a welcoming salon environment. This role offers opportunities for personal growth and the chance to work with a diverse clientele in a dynamic setting.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and mask applications tailored to individual client needs
  • Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations
  • Assist clients with retail product selections and upselling relevant skincare products and services
  • Greet clients at the front desk, schedule appointments, and manage client records efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere during all interactions
  • Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
  • Knowledge of hair styling is a plus but not required; focus is primarily on skincare treatments
  • Excellent sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
  • Effective upselling skills to promote retail products and additional services confidently
  • Clear communication skills for explaining treatments, product benefits, and aftercare instructions
  • Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is advantageous
  • Front desk experience to handle scheduling, client inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
