Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC

Position: Full-Time

Compensation: 50%–55% Commission (Based on Skill & Experience)

We are not a fast, rushed shop. We focus on quality, consistency, and long-term client relationships.

We're now selectively hiring one experienced barber to join our team — someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow in a respected, established environment.

Who This Role Is For

This position is NOT for beginners or short-term barbers.

This role IS for:

  • Barbers with real experience
  • Barbers who care about detail and finish
  • Barbers who want strong clients, not walk-ins
  • Barbers who want to grow their reputation in Vancouver

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims & shaves
  • Provide professional consultations and personalized service
  • Build and retain a strong personal client base
  • Maintain a clean, professional station (high standards)
  • Work alongside skilled barbers in a respectful, focused environment

Requirements (Important – Please Read)

  • Licensed barber and eligible to work in Canada
  • No sponsorship available
  • Minimum 2+ years professional experience preferred
  • Strong fading, scissor work, and beard skills
  • Reliable, professional, and client-focused
  • Living in Vancouver or nearby
