About the Role

This is a full-time role for a Regional Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing key accounts, and creating strategies to drive sales. The Regional Business Development Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote products in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New-Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland/Labrador.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Managing key accounts
  • Creating strategies to drive sales
  • Analyzing market trends
  • Preparing sales forecasts
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New-Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland/Labrador

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing plus mechanical background is an addition

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of the construction, rental industry and must be familiar with access equipment
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools

Preferred Skills

  • Working experience for other OEM selling equipment in the Quebec and Atlantic provinces is preferred

Pay range and compensation package

  • RRSP up to 6% of basic salary
  • Dental & health insurance covering family members
  • 15 days paid vacation
  • Car allowance
