Job Summary

We are seeking a mature, polished, and results-driven Sales Professional to support our renovation & build company's market expansion in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with realtors, architects, designers, builders, and potential homeowners. This part-time, work-from-home role centers on strategic outreach—calling, emailing, and maintaining warm relationships that convert into booked meetings. This is a high-impact opportunity to support company growth while leveraging your sales expertise in a focused, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain warm relationships with industry professionals to support long-term business development
  • Identify and pursue new outreach opportunities through structured calling, emailing, and network building
  • Introduce our renovation/build services clearly and persuasively to potential clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication, follow-up messaging, and email nurturing
  • Maintain an updated list of contacts, touchpoints, and follow-up actions within our CRM system
  • Warm up leads by providing periodic updates, service reminders, and value-driven outreach
  • Coordinate booked meetings and hand off qualified leads to the core sales team
  • Meet weekly outreach activity expectations and contribute to company pipeline goals

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (phone + email) with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong persuasion abilities and confidence engaging with professional audiences
  • Proactive approach to identifying touchpoints and maintaining consistent follow-ups
  • Ability to understand client needs and represent our services professionally
  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail when managing multiple contacts
  • Prior experience in sales, customer engagement, or business development required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach tools is an asset

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30–45
  • Fluent English
  • Must be a current Vancouver resident
  • Able to work independently from home in a professional manner

Compensation

Hourly pay + bonuses for each qualified meeting booked.

This role is ideal for a motivated, confident communicator who excels in relationship-building, structured outreach, and warm lead nurturing. It's designed for individuals who want to leverage their sales experience in a flexible, remote environment while directly influencing business growth.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
