Job Summary

Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, grills, and coffee machines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
  • Experience in serving food and handling various kitchen equipment is a plus.
  • Barista experience is an advantage for those interested in beverage preparation.
