Digital Marketing Specialist

Surgo Studios is looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution across social media, content, and performance marketing, and wants to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across major social media platforms
- Support and manage lead generation campaigns through paid ads and/or organic strategies
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions
- Create and adapt visual assets for social and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team on content strategy and execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media planning, scheduling, and posting
- Experience running or supporting performance marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Graphic design experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Nice to Have
- Videography and/or photography experience
Role Details
- Part-time contract:
3 days per week (7 hours per day) - $22 per hour
- On-site role at our Elgin Street studio in Ottawa
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time employment position based on performance
