About The Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Entry-level Customer Sales Associate to support our marketing-led sales and customer acquisition campaigns. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and developing sales skills within a fast-paced marketing environment. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to represent the brand, support customer enquiries, and contribute to business growth. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services
- Support customer acquisition and lead generation activities
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product and campaign information
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Assist with follow-ups, appointments, and sales administration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and promotions
- Contribute towards achieving individual and team sales targets
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- No previous sales experience required, full training provided
