About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-level Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about marketing, branding, and customer engagement, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative marketing environment. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to help deliver impactful campaigns and meaningful brand experiences for clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-person channels
  • Support the creation and coordination of marketing content and promotional materials
  • Work with sales and client-facing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategy
  • Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights
  • Help maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and campaign documentation
  • Support events, activations, and field marketing activities as required
  • Provide general administrative and team support

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong interest in marketing, communications, and business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic knowledge of marketing platforms or CRM tools is a plus, but not essential
  • No previous experience required, full training provided
