Job Description:

Kolani Kitchen & Bath seeks a detail-oriented Store Assisstant for our Oakville store. This role involves guiding clients through product selection, preparing estimates, processing work orders, and ensuring timely file completion. As a liaison between departments, you'll maintain invoice integrity and contribute to a professional showroom experience. Ideal candidates have a passion for interior design, strong administrative skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle our showroom, Interact with clients.
  • Creating quotations and invoices, order products and receiving from suppliers.
  • Complete all work in a timely manner paying close attention to timelines and priority jobs.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen and/or bathroom design needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the kitchen and bathroom project.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen & bathdesign.
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and team calendars.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Uphold confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath design principles, materials, and finishes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Saturday
