Running Room location: Dundas/403 area of Oakville, ON. We pride ourselves in helping our customers find the right products for their running and/or walking needs. We currently have 1 opening at our Dundas/403 location for part-time employment. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about running, is familiar with or interested in the various running footwear technologies, and loves to share their knowledge and experience with everyone from the beginner to the seasoned athlete. If you have background knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, footwear technology, please indicate in your resume/cover letter.Responsibilities: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations Maintaining personal and productivity goals Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training Assist with Brand awareness by assisting store management with social media Qualifications: 1-3 years of retail experience Confident and comfortable engaging with customers in order to deliver positive experiences Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervisionFlexible availability – Needing weekdays however shifts could include nights, weekends, and holidaysPlease be sure to attach a resume as well as a cover letter explaining your interest and why you'd be a good fit for our team.
