  • Manage and prioritize tasks with ease
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and able to complete required tasks

Job Duties

  • Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. This involves locating products in the warehouse, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Keeping track of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Receiving: Unloading incoming shipments, inspecting items for damage or discrepancies, and ensuring that they are properly stored in the designated areas.
  • Stock Organization: Organizing and arranging inventory in a logical and efficient manner, utilising shelving, racks, and storage systems to maximise space and accessibility.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting products for quality issues, identifying damaged or defective items, and segregating them for appropriate action, such as returns or repairs.
  • Data Entry: Recording relevant information in inventory management software or databases, updating stock levels, processing orders, and generating reports as required
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring that aisles and workspaces are clear of clutter, and maintaining a safe and pleasant working environment.
