Notre client, une entreprise solidement implantée dans le secteur maritime à Lévis, recherche un(e) ordonnanceur(se) principal(e) pour appuyer la planification et la coordination de projets d'envergure et à forte valeur stratégique.

Sommaire du poste

Sous la supervision du planificateur en chef, l'ordonnanceur principal est responsable du développement, du suivi et de l'analyse des échéanciers de projets. Il ou elle contribue activement à l'optimisation des processus de planification afin d'assurer la conformité aux objectifs, aux délais et aux exigences contractuelles.

Responsabilités principales

  • Participer à la gestion des échéanciers en collaboration avec le planificateur en chef
  • Élaborer, mettre à jour et analyser les plans et calendriers de projets
  • Produire des rapports d'avancement et de performance conformes aux exigences contractuelles
  • Effectuer des analyses d'écarts et recommander des mesures correctives
  • Préparer des calendriers intégrant la structure de découpage du travail (WBS), les jalons et les bases de référence
  • Appliquer les processus et normes internes de planification
  • Évaluer l'impact des changements de portée et proposer des solutions appropriées
  • Identifier les opportunités de réclamations contractuelles

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en génie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Minimum de huit ans d'expérience en ordonnancement et planification de projets complexes
  • Excellente maîtrise de Primavera P6 et de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Connaissance approfondie des standards AACE et du référentiel PMI (PMBOK)
  • Expérience pertinente dans la construction, la fabrication modulaire ou la réparation industrielle
  • Bonne connaissance des indicateurs de valeur acquise (CPI, SPI, EAC, etc.)
  • Capacité à obtenir une accréditation de sécurité fédérale dans le cadre du Programme de sécurité des contrats

Our client, a well-established organization in the maritime sector located in Lévis, is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support the planning and coordination of large-scale and strategic projects.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Chief Scheduler, the Senior Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. The role is key to optimizing planning processes and ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments are met.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Scheduler in managing project schedules and deliverables
  • Develop, update, and analyze detailed project plans and timelines
  • Prepare progress and performance reports in compliance with contractual requirements
  • Conduct variance analyses and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop schedules incorporating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and baselines
  • Apply internal planning procedures and scheduling standards
  • Assess schedule impacts resulting from scope changes and recommend appropriate actions
  • Identify potential opportunities for contractual claims

Qualifications

  • College or university degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in project scheduling and planning
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of AACE standards and PMI (PMBOK) best practices
  • Relevant experience in construction, modular fabrication, or industrial repair
  • Solid knowledge of earned value management metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC, etc.)
  • Eligibility for federal security clearance under the Contract Security Program
