Solution Operations Architecture Advisor Work Mode: Hybrid Start Date: January 20, 2026 Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week Job Description The incumbent works closely with internal partners to implement effective, reusable, and consumable technology solutions for all projects. The role contributes to ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of solutions in alignment with architecture targets. The advisor supports the definition, design, and analysis of IT solutions while contributing to modernization initiatives. Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in solution operations architecture. Proficiency in French is required. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure. Certification in security, telecommunications, or another field related to infrastructure solution architecture. Strong mastery of technology and complex environments. Ability to make sound, high-quality decisions. Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Effective collaboration skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to influence, align, and negotiate with stakeholders. Leadership style that builds trust. Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity and demonstrate resilience.
