What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate manual and/or CNC horizontal boring machines
  • Able to use both conversational programming and Master Cam
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Work independently to complete custom parts
  • Maintain high standards of precision, safety, organization and cleanliness
  • Solve problems, think critically, and contribute to daily shop improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of machining experience preferred
  • Trade certification (Licensed Machinist) is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
  • Welding/fabrication experience is a strong asset
  • A proactive, responsible team player with a strong attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a smaller, independent shop environment
