Role Description
This is a hybrid contract role for a Professional Services Account Manager - BFSI, AI-based in Mississauga, ON, with the opportunity to work from home on designated days. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving the delivery and implementation of professional services. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation, Account management, client relationship management, and customer success skills within the BFSI domain
- Project management and ability to oversee the delivery of professional services effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills for identifying client needs and appropriate solutions
- Experience in the BFSI sector and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used in professional services management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
