We are looking for a Bilingual Sales & Service Coordinator to be the face and voice of Whirlpool Corporation where life at home has always been at the heart of our business.

In this role, you aren't just answering phones; you are a brand ambassador for a portfolio that includes Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and JennAir. If you are a fluent communicator in English and French who thrives on solving problems and driving sales, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

Your Impact

As a key member of the Whirlpool Program, you will bridge the gap between premium products and the people who use them. You will:

  • Be the Expert: Provide top-tier product and service support to consumers, retail partners, and technicians.

  • Drive Growth: Act as a trusted consultant, guiding customers through product features to help them select the perfect appliance for their home. You will leverage your expertise to educate consumers on warranties and extended service plans, transforming routine inquiries into high-value sales opportunities.

  • Solve Problems: Manage parts orders, field stock maintenance, and technical inquiries with speed and precision.

  • Innovate: Help us get better by enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting fresh projects.

  • Build Relationships: Manage consumer profiles and product registrations to ensure every Whirlpool owner feels like a VIP.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Customer-First Mindset: You have 1–2 years of experience in customer service and a knack for making people feel heard.

  • Tech Savvy: You're a pro with Google Suite or Microsoft Office and can navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.

  • Flexibility: You're ready to support our partners during day, evening, and occasional weekend shifts.

  • Bonus Points: If you have experience in the appliances or consumer electronics industry, you'll hit the ground running
