Billys Taphouse has an opening available for a Cook. Billy's is a gastro pub located in Essex (15 min from Windsor) focusing on craft beer, local wine, and fresh local food made from scratch. Our menu is sourced locally and prepared in-house.

Cook job details:

  • Day shifts / Evening Shifts (until 10 pm)
  • No double shifts
  • Flexible hours
  • 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule
  • Rotating weekends off
  • Line cooking
  • Preparing food from recipes
  • Preparing sauces, soups, meats, vegetables from scratch
  • Basic cooking duties
  • Cleaning

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Culinary training
  • Interest in a professional cooking career
  • A positive outlook and the ability to work well with others
  • An open schedule
  • Reliable transportation to Essex
  • A desire to learn and grow in the culinary field
