At Aryze Design, we offer marketing design memberships and websites for financial advisors & wealth management firms looking to scale their practice. We're seeking a results-driven strategic Marketer who not only understands how to use marketing tools—but knows how to turn them into measurable growth.
You are a marketer first: skilled at developing strategies that boost audience engagement, increase qualified traffic, and improve conversions across digital channels. You can plan, execute, analyze, and refine campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead and execute marketing strategies that encompass digital marketing, content creation, email marketing, social media, and other channels to drive audience engagement, website traffic, and conversions for both Aryze Design and our clients.
- You will create persuasive, well-crafted copy for websites, emails, social media, landing pages, and other marketing materials, ensuring messaging aligns with each client's goals and brand voice.
- You will collaborate closely with our design team to bring marketing concepts to life, providing direction and strategy to ensure visuals support campaign objectives; light design work may be requested occasionally.
- You will analyze performance data to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for optimization.
- You will manage and schedule marketing activities across platforms including Buffer, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Kit, and Substack to maintain consistent and strategic communication.
- You will support administration and project coordination tasks as required to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- You will manage administration tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to craft compelling copy and adapt seamlessly between various marketing platforms and tools, including Buffer, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, ConvertKit, Substack, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies that increase engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in areas such as messaging clarity, brand consistency, and content accuracy.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva, and Figma is considered an asset but not required; ability to contribute light design work is appreciated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Web design experience, particularly using platforms like Webflow, is a significant asset.
- UI/UX expertise and knowledge of HTML & CSS are advantageous.
- Use of a MAC OS System Operation.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary based on applicant's qualifications and experience.
- Hybrid/Remote working arrangement.
- 15 Days Vacation, Stat Holidays
Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
Type of Work:
Full Time (37.5 hours/week), open to hybrid or a remote position.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
2+ years of experience (required).
Expected Start Date:
Within 2 weeks of acceptance.
Application Process:
Please include a portfolio with your resume to be considered. We thank all applicants for their interest. However, due to the high volume of applications, we can only contact those selected for an interview. No phone calls, please.
