We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator & Warehouse Associate to join our Calgary terminal. If you're hardworking, positive, and take pride in doing things the right way, you'll fit right in.

About the Role

In this role, you'll support daily warehouse operations including forklift use, loading/unloading, inventory handling, and assisting our moving and transportation crews. You'll represent our brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a solution-first mindset—whether you're in the warehouse or interacting with customers.

What You'll Do

  • Operate forklifts safely and report all incidents or infractions immediately
  • Participate actively in our Health & Safety program
  • Complete mandatory online training
  • Assist with packing, moving, loading, and delivery of items as required
  • Accurately complete all paperwork including bills of lading and work orders
  • Review and sign off on Job Hazard Analysis with your crew
  • Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with customers, coworkers, and partners
  • Take direction from leads, drivers, and supervisors
  • Report labour issues to management in a timely manner
  • Perform all tasks professionally, efficiently, and safely
  • Use PPE as required (steel-toe boots, safety vest, etc.)
  • Learn and use warehouse management systems and company programs

What You Bring

  • Forklift Certification (required)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs alone, 100+ lbs with assistance
  • Comfortable walking on uneven surfaces, climbing ladders, and performing physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Ability to use handheld devices (cell phone, iPad, tablet)
  • Competence with Microsoft 360, OneDrive, Moveware, and warehouse software
  • A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
  • Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and assist crews as needed
  • Criminal background check required (company paid)
