Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing project plans, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing advanced estimating tools and techniques to deliver precise pricing and bid proposals. The Estimator will play a vital role in supporting the company's growth by providing reliable cost assessments that align with project scope and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Develop accurate pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to refine project scope and estimate assumptions.
  • Conduct negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure estimates reflect current pricing conditions.
  • Support project management teams during project execution by providing cost analysis and updates as needed.
