Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sports Club Manager to lead our operations with focus on exceptional member experiences. You will oversee daily activities, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing strategies to grow membership and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, help them with bookings and answering questions.
  • Manage inventory control.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing member inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.
  • Develop marketing initiatives to promote club events, memberships, and special offers to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Supervise facility maintenance activities to ensure the club remains inviting, functional, and compliant with health & safety regulations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Preferred background in management, marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in using POS systems for sales transactions; experience with cash handling and cashiering procedures is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
