Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Assist clients with account information, product details, billing questions, and service issues using strong phone etiquette.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new services.
  • Enter and update customer data accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, providing analysis and solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor during all interactions to foster trust and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of information.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general data entry tasks.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies to upsell or recommend solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other data processing software is considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
