As the
Clinic Assistant manager
, you'll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of GOOD by:

  • Leading by Example:
    Assist the Clinic Manager to motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.
  • Client Experience:
    Provide exceptional customer service to ensure each client leaves the clinic satisfied with their treatment and LCC experience.
  • Business Growth:
    Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

  • Canadian Medical Aesthetics diploma or certificate (essential)
  • Laser Hair Removal certification (essential)
  • Experience in an assistant or supervising position
  • Experience treating advanced Laser and skin treatments, with a focus on excellent customer service and results
