About the Role:

ETRO Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strategic leadership, strong financial management, and a proactive approach to risk and quality control. The Senior Project Manager acts as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams-driving innovation, operational excellence, and alignment with ETRO's core values of collaboration, accountability, and integrity.

As a senior leader, you will mentor and develop project teams while ensuring that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and a strong client focus.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale or high-risk construction projects from initiation through completion.
  • Oversee project schedules in collaboration with Superintendents and Coordinators.
  • Ensure trade partner engagement, scope clarity, and constructability alignment with project milestones.
  • Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators through ETRO's People Builder Program.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of project delivery team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-focused team environment that promotes accountability and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Lead internal and external project meetings and ensure alignment on scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including financial reconciliation, documentation, and client handoff.
  • Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, billings, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, and design coordination.
  • Manage change orders, including pricing, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Champion ETRO's quality standards, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.
  • Lead by example in promoting a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software, and strong financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and best practices.
  • Commitment to collaboration, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
