  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project statements, plans (scope, communications, quality, risk, schedule, and financials), and progress reports.
  • Oversee project governance, ensuring adherence to organizational processes, controls, and compliance standards.
  • Drive proactive risk and issue management, developing and executing mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to delivery teams, fostering accountability and performance excellence.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination, managing dependencies across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Maintain and enforce change control processes to ensure alignment with approved project baselines.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status reporting for executive and client audiences.
  • Escalate critical issues, risks, and scope deviations to the appropriate authority in a timely manner.

Technical Coordination

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of infrastructure and application delivery components to effectively manage schedules and facilitate technical discussions.
  • Oversee projects that may include Application development, server OS upgrades, Active Directory modernization, and other infrastructure initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define and validate technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Apply a continuous learning mindset to maintain awareness of evolving technologies and delivery practices relevant to project success.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Extensive experience leading IT projects in large, complex, and regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of both application development and IT infrastructure delivery lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence, negotiate, and manage expectations at all levels.
  • Strong financial management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with a structured and methodical approach to planning and execution.
