Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Line Cook will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Full Time and Part time Cook Positions available.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
  • Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout the shift
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service efficiently
  • Follow sanitation procedures and maintain a hygienic work environment
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Passion for delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service
